Work related stress is one of the mains reasons for referrals for psychological therapy. It can have huge impact on all areas of peoples lives.
It’s because of this that we would like to offer mental health support within the workplace.
We will use our extensive skills and knowledge in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to write and deliver a custom-made package which will improve the wellbeing of your team.
