Sally Willan

Sally is a qualified and Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP) with around 10 years experience of working with common mental health issues within NHS services.

She is trained in both Low and High Intensity CBT and EMDR which means she has a wide range of evidence based tools at her disposal to support you and your difficulties within an evidence based framework.

Sally attended specialist training in 2017 which focussed on using CBT to support people with long term health conditions such as Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Medically Unexplained Symptoms (MUPS) and their associated mental health problems.

Sally is passionate about her work and lives by its’ principles especially when it comes to the links between activity and good mental health. She is active in the gym on a regular basis and has a particular interest in water and snow sports, gaining her snowboard instructor qualification in 2019. In her spare time, she spends time with family and friends and likes to travel.

Leanne Alston  

Leanne is a highly qualified and BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals within the NHS to navigate common mental health challenges. Leanne brings a wealth of expertise, with training in both Low and High Intensity CBT, EMDR, and Couples Therapy for Depression, ensuring she can tailor her approach to suit each client’s unique needs.

Leanne is skilled in delivering evidence-based interventions and has undertaken specialised training in CBT for long-term health conditions, including Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Medically Unexplained Symptoms, along with their related mental health difficulties. Passionate about her work, she believes in leading by example, applying the same techniques she recommends to her own life to ensure she offers authentic, practical guidance.

Outside of her professional world, Leanne is an enthusiastic lover of the outdoors. Whether she’s hiking, kickboxing, paddleboarding, or tending to her garden, she finds joy and balance in staying active and connected to nature—a passion that often inspires her warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy.
