Our Mission

At Well Minds PTS, we are passionate about providing support that helps you to get well and stay well in the longer term. We believe in promoting messages about building and maintaining good mental fitness so that you can understand how to take steps to look after yourself in the same way you look after your physical health and fitness. Our training and skills come from a strong research evidence base with a focus on the power of exercise, time outdoors, time in nature and time within a community to maintain good mental wellness in the longer term. To help with this, we will share and showcase the networks and friends we make as we grow as a business. Our webpage ‘Friends of Well Minds PTS’ already has some amazing people and businesses who we trust and highly recommend to support you. We want our network to grow to include fitness and wellbeing groups, personal trainers and community projects so that we can support you in the best way possible.

Another aim for the Well Minds PTS team is to share relevant, scientifically based and easy to digest mental health tips and advice. To achieve this, we regularly post on social media and write blogs, we have also begun to appear in podcasts and in the local and national press. We believe that mental health advice should be accessible and easily available.
